I love getting some extra nutrients in especially on days when it’s far too hot and I’m not feeling like eating another salad.

Despite the variety we have available to us, we tend to stick to our usual routine. Did you know apparently we have 30 meals we recycle and continue to eat over and over?

So this is for all you adventurers who want to add some energy into your day. The smoothies are packed with antioxidants and extremely low in sugar (far less than than if you were to pick up a ready made bottle from the store).
